Privacy Policy of the Polish Society for Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (Polskie Towarzystwo Psychoterapii Psychodynamicznej) with its registered office in Kraków, 56, Zamoyskiego Str., 30-523 Kraków.

  1. The Service: is operated by the Polish Society for Psychodynamic Psychotherapy with its registered office in Kraków, 56, Zamoyskiego Str., 30-523 Kraków, KRS 0000285776.
  2. The Polish Society for Psychodynamic Psychotherapy is the personal data Controller, with the possibility of appointing a representative on the basis of Art. 31 of the Law on the protection of personal data.
  3. The Service performs the functions of acquiring information about Users and their behaviour in the following way:
    1. From information voluntarily entered in forms,
    2. From cookies in Users’ terminal equipment.
  4. By collecting server logs by web host provider SA (formerly NetArt Spó┼éka Akcyjna S.K.A.), 20a, Cystersów Str., 31-553 Kraków, KRS number: 0000508122.
  5. Data Controller has access to server logs recorded by the web host provider.
  6. The Service collects data voluntarily provided by the User.
  7. Moreover, the Service can register information on connection settings (time identification, IP address)
  8. Data contained in the form are not available to third parties other than with the User's consent. This does not apply to a situation referred to in section 2.
  9. The data contained in the form are processed according to the purpose of a particular form, in particular to organize a given event indicated on the form and for marketing purposes - only within the scope of activity of the Society, and only with the prior consent of the User.
  10. The data given in the forms may be forwarded to entities that provide certain technical services - in particular this concerns delivery of information about the holder of a registered domain to entities being operators of Internet domains, services handling Internet payments or other entities with which the Service Operator cooperates in this field.
  11. The Service uses cookies:
    1. storing session ID, recognizing whether a User is logged in,
    2. storing acceptance of use message regarding cookies,
    3. third-party cookies - Google Analytics – that are allowed to collect data about User behaviour on the site, according to Google's privacy policy:
  12. Cookies are computer data, in particular text files that are stored in the terminal equipment of the Service User and are intended for the use of the websites of the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the terminal equipment and a unique number.
  13. The Operator of the Service places cookies on the terminal equipment of the Service User and receives access to them.
  14. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    1. to produce statistics that help to understand how the Service Users use websites, helping improve their structure and content;
    2. to maintain the Service User's session (after logging in), whereby the User is not required to retype his or her login and password on every page of the Service;
    3. Two basic types of cookies are used in the Service: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored in the User's terminal equipment until he or she logs out, leaves the website or disables the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored in the User's terminal equipment for a time specified in the cookies’ parameters or until their removal by the User.
    4. Software for browsing the web (web browser) usually allows cookies to be stored by default in the User's terminal equipment. Service Users may change the settings in this area. The web browser allows the deletion of cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. For details, see the help or web browser documentation.
    5. Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the websites of the Service.
    6. Cookies may be used by ad networks, in particular by the Google Network, to display ads tailored to the way in which the User uses the Service. For this purpose, they may keep information about the User's navigation path or time of stay on the page.
    7. As regards information about User's preferences collected by the Google Display Network, the User may view and edit information derived from cookies using the tool: /
  15. Information about some of the User's behaviours is logged into the server layer. These data are used only to administer the service and to ensure the most efficient handling of provided hosting services.
  16. The viewed resources are identified by URLs. In addition, the following may be recorded:
    1. date of request,
    2. time of sending a reply,
    3. the name of the client station - identification performed by the HTTP protocol,
    4. information about errors that occurred in the implementation of the HTTP transaction,
    5. URL of the page previously visited by the User (referrer link) - where the Service has been reached by reference,
    6. information about the User's browser,
    7. IP address information.
  17. The above data are not associated with individual persons viewing websites.
  18. The above data are used only for the purposes of administering the server.
  19. The data are made available to external entities only within the limits allowed by law.
  20. The data allowing identification of the individual are available only with the consent of the person concerned.
  21. The operator may be required to provide information collected by the Service to authorized bodies based on legitimate requests to the extent resulting from the request.
  22. If the User does not wish to receive cookies, he or she may change his/her browser settings. We wish to warn that disabling cookies, required for authentication processes, for security, maintenance of the User's preferences, can make it difficult, and in extreme cases block the use of the website, and thus participation in events organized by the Data Controller.
  23. By accepting the provisions of the Privacy Policy and by the use of the website content, in particular by declaring participation in events organized by the Data Controller, the User consents to the processing of his/her personal data within the specified scope.
  24. User data are stored on the Data Controller's servers and are under protection.
  25. Access to data is only granted to the Controller's representatives and authorized entities to the extent necessary to carry out their tasks.
  26. The User is entitled to have access to his/her data processed by the Controller, and to request their correction or deletion.
  27. The request to remove personal data from the Controller's files is tantamount to demanding that their processing be stopped, which is understood as a waiver by the User of any agreements binding him/her with the Controller.
