Polish Society for Psychodynamic Psychotherapy has the pleasure to announce the 8th Conference on 

"Psychodynamic psychotherapy for children, adolescents and young adults"

to be held on 5-6 September 2019 in Kraków, Poland


The aim of the conference is to familiarize participants with theoretical understanding, an attempt to diagnose and the resulting methods of treatment of children, adolescents and young adults. The theory as well as the method of psychotherapeutic work is the result of many years of clinical and research work of prof. Otto Kernberg and his colleagues from the Institute of Personality Disorders and the Weill College of Medicine at Cornell University.

Thanks to cooperation with prof. Otto Kernberg and colleagues from Borderline Disorders Institute, as well as thanks to work of the PTPPd team, we have translated and published in Polish two books. A new book will be published soon: "Psychoterapia Psychodynamiczna patologii osobowości. Leczenie self i funkcjonowania interpersonalnego", E.Caligor, O.Kernberg, J.Clarkin, F.Yeomans.

Since September 16, 2012 we have started the certification process, and convened Certification Commission of the Polish Society for Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

Members of our Society can apply for the Psychotherapist's and PTPPd's certificate.
